The sun was shining on Vaggeryd and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Istenem was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Eternal Princess sprinted to the front.




Ride The Sky took the lead after 1000m. Chip Trot didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ride The Sky followed by Outspoken Scout and Golden Orchid. Lane two Chip Trot followed by Jolly Mistress and Van Horn.



Jolly Mistress litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Golden Orchid was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Eternal Princess galop. Eternal Princess lost 20 m. Max Frenzy was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Final standings. 1 Gouden Jongen, 2 Ride The Sky, 3 Van Horn.
