It had been raining for several days at Kalmar but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





High Explosive took the lead after a very quick start.




Sweet Girl saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Kvarngärdets Ornamental Kale took the lead after 1000m. Growing General didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Relaxing Valley saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Experienced Agent gallopped for 20 m. Ginger Fiesta started to gallop after 1500m and Michael Nimczyk had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Kvarngärdets Ornamental Kale speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Growing General sprinted over the finishline before Titanium and Relaxing Valley.
