It had been raining for several days at Rättvik but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Double Dribble. Better ended up behind the leader. Travelling Lilac got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Double Dribble was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Double Dribble was still in the lead after 1500m.



Double Dribble sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Double Dribble was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Travelling Lilac made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Better.
