One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jocelyne tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Get The Idol that came steaming ahead. Get The Idol was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Get The Idol was in fine shape and held the lead. Jocelyne started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Get The Idol today. It continued in the lead.




Get The Idol was still in the lead after 2000m.




Get The Idol seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead.



Get The Idol looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Ticking Grove galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Get The Idol kept the speed the whole finish and won before Jocelyne and Ticking Grove.
