One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Old Rocker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Inkas Far From Home, Chevallier, Long Et Maigre, Som Man Bäddar, Strong Box, Swinging Peach, Old Rocker, Voodoo Doll.




Strong Box looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Long Et Maigre couldn't come out from behind the leader, Inkas Far From Home.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Inkas Far From Home followed by Swinging Peach and Old Rocker. Lane two Chevallier followed by Strong Box and Som Man Bäddar. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Long Et Maigre gallopped for 50 m.




Chevallier put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Inkas Far From Home gallopped 10 m after 2000m.



Strong Box was first on the homestretch followed by Chevallier and Old Rocker.






Strong Box kept the speed the whole finish and won before Old Rocker and Chevallier.
