One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nashorn took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. The King Step, Fortune Moussolou, Diamond Foot, Handy Architecture, Zymyrgys Law, Nashorn, Begbie Lore, Snowy Piece. Begbie Lore started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The King Step clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




For Good saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



For Good sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
