One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nessla Evil I could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Electric Needle galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Falling Dancer quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Falling Dancer was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Falling Dancer was still in the lead after 1500m.



Front Thinking suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.
