The weather had been good all week and Årjäng was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

In Mystery tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Adelante that came steaming ahead.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Allets Ameste started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

The leader got disturbed by something and Rose Racer took the lead rather easily. In Mystery galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Adelante saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Rose Racer galloped for 40 m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and In Mystery gallopped for 30 m.

Adelante sat safely in the lead after 2000m.

Adelante sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Adelante didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
