One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Frozen Pony sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Silver Moment saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Frozen Thinking was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Silver Moment followed by Rabicano and Babbabub. Lane two Goofy Thought followed by Bujdosó and Funky Blossom. Frozen Pony galloped for 20 m.

Goofy Thought took the lead. Lavillenie was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m.

Goofy Thought were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Goofy Thought didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
