It had been raining for several days at Ylivieska but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frosty Passion tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Starstruck Ring that came steaming ahead.




Sowing Knockout saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




California Crown sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.



Starstruck Ring was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. The Watergirl sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.






Wild Red won the race after a spectacular finish.
