One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Quick Blast took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Doctor Whooves, Kimono, Attack Opal, Scootaloo, Pinstripe´s Ajax, Wysteria, Adrian De Moxica, Pipsqueak.




Doctor Whooves was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Doctor Whooves followed by Pipsqueak and Pinstripe´s Ajax. Lane two Adrian De Moxica followed by Wysteria and Quick Blast. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Kimono gallopped for 20 m.




Doctor Whooves didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Doctor Whooves were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Pinstripe´s Ajax won. Doctor Whooves came in second. Pipsqueak caught third place.
