The sun was shining on Cholet and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Lonely Walker. To The Maximum ended up behind the leader. Crazy Pegasos got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Rêve Royal suddenly started to galop. Åke Svanstedt had to struggle to get Rêve Royal to tror again and succeded after 40 m. Jos Verbeeck wanted a little to much in the start and Crazy Pegasos galoped for 10 m. When the startcar left the field Mad Wind started to galop and lost 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Paregel Cherry, Mr Burbon, Trudi Larockma, Disprosio Vox, Sleepy Gold, Mad Wind, Mozart Hof, Resurrection. A bird flew just in front of Cunning Dragon who started to galop and lost 40 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Sleepy Gold took the lead rather easily. Edgy Ruby galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Mr Burbon looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. driver couldn't keep Mad Wind to trotting so they were disqualified. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Excellent Boy gallopped for 50 m.



Mr Burbon looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






To The Maximum won the race after a spectacular finish.
