One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Gouge Away found a gap and took the lead. Walking
Energy followed before Acciano. Jomar Blekkan wanted a little to much in the start and Loving Blizzard galoped for 10 m. Bold Diary suddenly started to galop. Gunnar Austevoll had to struggle to get Bold Diary to tror again and succeded after 20 m.
Acciano saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Gouge Away took the lead after 1000m. Walking
Energy didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Gouge Away followed by Walking
Energy and Ghostly Lily. Lane two Acciano followed by Tigress Of Siberia and Funky Diamond.
Acciano litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Neon Lady galoped for 60m and was disqualified.
No-one could catch Acciano today who won before Gouge Away and Walking
Energy.
