The sun was shining on Tornio today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Digital Edition tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Les Équitable Choix that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Attempt To Fly, Active Behemoth, Pirates Tortuga, Travelling Princess, Digital Edition, Tricky Dancer, Sophisticated Red, Les Équitable Choix. A bird flew just in front of Les Équitable Choix who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Travelling Princess sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Travelling Princess was still in the lead after 1500m. Attempt To Fly galloped for 40 m.



Active Behemoth galloped way to long and was disqualified. Travelling Princess were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Travelling Princess kept the speed the whole finish and won before Tricky Dancer and Digital Edition.
