The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Kannus today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Goofy Trap took the lead after a very quick start. Jan Norberg wanted a little to much in the start and Goofy Trap galoped for 10 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Goofy Trap followed by Netrebko Hof and . Lane two Tuleva Minun followed by and .




Goofy Trap didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Tuleva Minun speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Netrebko Hof galop. Netrebko Hof lost 40 m.




Goofy Trap won the race after a spectacular finish.
