Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kouvola track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Le Piratage found a gap and took the lead. Jagannatha Pond followed before Happy Sky. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 10 m. Lynx was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Happy Sky saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Jumping Power galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Lynx sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m. Brown And Brawny galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Sergeant Bullet saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Jumping Power was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Sergeant Bullet looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

driver couldn't keep Jumping Power to trotting so they were disqualified.




Le Piratage sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
