One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bijou Rouge took the lead after a very quick start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. A bird flew just in front of Flower Gold who started to galop and lost 40 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Bijou Rouge followed by Porter Intéret and Image Du Jour. Lane two Jumping Cube followed by Power Moon and Flower Gold.




Bijou Rouge was still in the lead after 2000m.



Bijou Rouge were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
