One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lonely Princess could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Star Commander suddenly started to galop. Jim Frick had to struggle to get Star Commander to tror again and succeded after 10 m.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.

To Be Special clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Star Commander was still in the lead after 1500m.

Star Commander sat safely in the lead after 2000m.

Perfect were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Star Commander kept the speed the whole finish and won before Perfect and J'attendrai.
