One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Teufel Geist. Delta Leader ended up behind the leader. Landslide Victory got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Maximum Overheat quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Haut Medoc took the lead after 1000m. Champagne didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Teufel Geist took the lead after 1000m. Mr First didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Clever Movement galop. Clever Movement lost 50 m.

Haut Medoc sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
