The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Romme this day.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Played Right found a gap and took the lead.
Waving
Trap followed before
Deep Illusion. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Feel My Power galloped way to long and was disqualified.
Deep Illusion quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.
Le Eiffel was disturbed and galoped 50 m.
The Clubber took the lead after 1000m.
Kansas Treasure didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop
The Clubber today. It continued in the lead.
Le Eiffel was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. With only a little left of the race
Le Eiffel galoped for 30 m.
Feel My Power showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
The Clubber were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
The Clubber kept the speed the whole finish and won before
Kansas Treasure and
Played Right.
