One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Heavy Blast could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Transformer quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Eclipse sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Sneaky Snake sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Jim Frick tried a little too much on the homestretch and Flower Wave started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Sneaky Snake didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
