The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Rättvik this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Stepping Starlight took the lead after a very quick start.

Slow Devil quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Slow Devil was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Pom Duchess looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Stepping Starlight couldn't come out from behind the leader, Slow Devil.

Stepping Starlight looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Yfitops gallopped for 10 m. Digital Glæde galloped for 50 m.

Steel Rocket put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

Pom Duchess was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Judging Scope suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Honourable Mustache made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Slow Devil.
