The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Eskilstuna this day. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Canzoni Stonate tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Slow Devil that came steaming ahead. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Canzoni Stonate sprinted to the front. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Cunieo saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Cunieo kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Canzoni Stonate made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Cunieo. Results
