One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sophisticated Galaxy sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Olli-Pekka Holopainen wanted a little to much in the start and Striking Whirlwind galoped for 10 m. Sophisticated Galaxy was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. When the startcar left the field Adorable Diamond started to galop and lost 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Striking Whirlwind sprinted to the front.




Bendt took the lead after 1000m. Sophisticated Galaxy didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Thinking Power suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Bendt followed by Ojsan Tar Rygg and Quattro Oxzygo. Lane two Sophisticated Galaxy followed by Dorado and Tempting Summer.



Bendt sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Sophisticated Galaxy won the race after a spectacular finish.
