One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Katoenen Weefsel found a gap and took the lead. Habil followed before Troubling Jewel. When the startcar left the field Climbing Plan started to galop and lost 50 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Listening Bomb was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Troubling Jewel looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Habil couldn't come out from behind the leader, Katoenen Weefsel.

Habil looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Habil was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. With only a little left of the race Rational Pirate galoped for 20 m. Troubling Jewel litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Troubling Jewel galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Final standings. 1 Habil, 2 Got The Looks, 3 Listening Bomb.
