The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Halmstad this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Christien sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Muscular Devil quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Chevrolet Hawky galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Sun of Pride took the lead after 1000m. X On Fire didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sun of Pride followed by X On Fire and Get Lost. Lane two Christien followed by Look At My Ass and Muscular Devil.



Sun of Pride were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Christien galoped for 60m and was disqualified. Chevrolet Hawky was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Look At My Ass won. Muscular Devil came in second. Get Lost caught third place.
