One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Chapter Ten was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Listening Pirate saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Breathing Tropic showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Listening Pirate was still in the lead after 1500m.



Listening Pirate looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Wandering Cup won. Chapter Ten came in second. Listening Pirate caught third place.
