The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Dominant Rock tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Lone Energy that came steaming ahead. Dominant Rock was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.

Comet Chaser saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Stopping Power sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Noras Bean was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Symphony Oxzygo suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Chapter Eight sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Lone Energy galop. Lone Energy lost 50 m.

Comet Chaser won the race after a spectacular finish.
