Only a humble breeze blew over Kalmar this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Hometown sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Oskar Svanberg wanted a little to much in the start and Muscular Valley galoped for 30 m.

Muscular Valley quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Glowing Pearl sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Almost Like Elvis galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Glowing Pearl followed by Muscular Valley and Sad Venus. Lane two Doc Décomposer followed by Lying Bouquet and Héloise.

Glowing Pearl kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Glowing Pearl kept the speed the whole finish and won before Sad Venus and Lying Bouquet.
