One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Seductive Admiral found a gap and took the lead. Algernon followed before Johnny Globetrotter.

Johnny Globetrotter took the lead after 1000m. Algernon didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Algernon accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Algernon looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Seductive Admiral never caught up with Algernon who won. Johnny Globetrotter came third.
