One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Greystoke took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Experienced Ship, Lady Berwyn, Bold Closet, Amazing Needle, Greystoke, Tangerine Dream, Bienvenue, Set to Play.




Amazing Needle took the lead after 1000m. Greystoke didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Experienced Ship was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Amazing Needle followed by Greystoke and Bold Closet. Lane two Tangerine Dream followed by Lady Berwyn and Bienvenue. Bold Closet started to gallop after 1500m and Örjan Kihlström had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Amazing Needle were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Experienced Ship galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Bienvenue sprinted over the finishline before Tangerine Dream and Amazing Needle.
