One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Why Not Today found a gap and took the lead. Outspoken Scout followed before Rebellious Paladin.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Outspoken Scout galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Why Not Today was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Why Not Today today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Outspoken Scout galoped for 40 m. Why Not Today were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Why Not Today didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
