The sun was shining on Visby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Screaming Rocket found a gap and took the lead. Falling Godiva followed before Pinaud. Hériot showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




Striking Viper quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Vreni looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Pinaud couldn't come out from behind the leader, Striking Viper.




Vreni looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Pinaud litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Cute Vanilla sprinted over the finishline before Vreni and Screaming Rocket.
