It had been raining for several days at Vieremä but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mitezoya found a gap and took the lead. Climbing Lion followed before Hank The Thank.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Hank The Thank took the lead after 1000m. Climbing Lion didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
