The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Harstad today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Faith sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Amélie quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Faith looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Impatient Heroine couldn't come out from behind the leader, Amélie.




Amélie was still in the lead after 1500m.



Impatient Heroine suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Amélie sprinted over the finishline before Impatient Heroine and Faith.
