Start List
The weather had been good all week and Vaggeryd was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Arabella Hawky took the lead after a very quick start. Falling Wave quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Zegeteken Wisselloper sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Zegeteken Wisselloper followed by Falling Wave and Jukebox. Lane two Arabella Hawky followed by Devine Dream and Planet Caravan. Jukebox suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. Falling Wave made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Jukebox.
