Only a humble breeze blew over Haapajärvi this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Slippery Pressure could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Repeat Pete Pete started to galop and lost 20 m.

Bol Sergeant quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Mon Dieu took the lead after 1000m. Slippery Pressure didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Slippery Pressure accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Moon Maker took the lead.

M.Beck Zed showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Moon Maker kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Bol Sergeant made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Slippery Pressure.
