Durand looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Durand galloped for 20 m. Ghostly Rhapsody galloped way to long and was disqualified. Durand sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Mečíř won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
