One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Nothing Else Matters tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Prince Hero that came steaming ahead. Jani Ruotsalainen wanted a little to much in the start and Pretty Pixie galoped for 50 m. Frozen Devil suddenly started to galop. Pertti Puikkonen had to struggle to get Frozen Devil to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Headliner, Point Guard, Rafaela Vidi, Cheerful Bear, Nothing Else Matters, Prince Hero, Pretty Pixie, Grand Adventure.

Nothing Else Matters took the lead after 1000m. Cheerful Bear didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Point Guard galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.

Sergeant Beard galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Nothing Else Matters took the lead after 1000m. Cheerful Bear didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing Else Matters kept the speed the whole finish and won before Frozen Devil and Pretty Pixie.
