One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Panzanella was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Speedy Belle Ameste started to galop and lost 10 m.

Wondering Diva saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Cactuzz sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Wondering Diva to trotting so they were disqualified.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Cactuzz today. It continued in the lead.

Cactuzz sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Panzanella galop. Panzanella lost 40 m.

Cactuzz kept the speed the whole finish and won before Carlos Dallas and Happy Ship.
