One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bruni could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Acapulco, Ewing Oil Lore, Peace On Fire, Caferacer Cherry, Ringwald, Fast Bandwith, Bruni, Gladiator Law. Screaming Steel started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Peace On Fire sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Gladiator Law galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Fast Bandwith was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Peace On Fire was still in the lead after 1500m.



Peace On Fire were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Peace On Fire showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Johnny Takter tried a little too much on the homestretch and Gladiator Law started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Walking Meadow sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
