It had been raining for several days at Romme but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





The One And Only found a gap and took the lead. Bob Gibraltar followed before Intelligent Mind. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Bob Gibraltar sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Alice The Chalice took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Alice The Chalice followed by True Glory and Good Looking Plan. Lane two The One And Only followed by Intelligent Mind and Bob Gibraltar. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 30 m.



With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 50 m. Alice The Chalice looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






The One And Only made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before True Glory.
