The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Universe Force found a gap and took the lead. Sévère À Surprendre followed before Mighty Cyclone. Hans G Eriksson wanted a little to much in the start and Vulcano galoped for 10 m.




Vulcano saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Dove Paradise who started to galop and lost 50 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Universe Force saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Universe Force sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Big Victory won. Taste Of Fudge came in second. Thunder Warrior caught third place.
