One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Starshine Wonder. Rayna Jaymes C.C. ended up behind the leader. Fenix Crusader got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Starshine Wonder started to galop and lost 40 m. Stefan Persson wanted a little to much in the start and Sliding Striker galoped for 40 m.

Sancho The Man saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and Curly Summer took the lead rather easily.

Sliding Striker accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Carlos Prototype was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Starshine Wonder galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Langeais Ameste speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Curly Summer, 2 Zymyrgys Law, 3 Fenix Crusader.
