Standings after 1500m . Lane one Renault followed by Heart Ache and Tempo. Lane two Gold Coca-cola followed by Scarlet Bouquet and Tiny Band. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Lido Di Venezia gallopped for 40 m.

Renault looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Gold Coca-cola won. Renault came in second. Scarlet Bouquet caught third place.
