The sun was shining on Östersund and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dreaming Lion sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Old Bandwith, Decisive Star, Spurs On Fire, Necrophobia, Advanced Missile, God Of Horses, Dreaming Lion, Impatient Diva.




Old Bandwith clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Old Bandwith was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Running Muscle galoped for 50 m. Decisive Star suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Advanced Missile never caught up with Decisive Star who won. Sliding Lieutenant came third.
