One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Oh So Slow And Desolate was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sophisticated Rose sprinted to the front. Useless Obsession started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Insane Starshine took the lead after 1000m. Opposing Nugget didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Opposing Nugget accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Opposing Nugget looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Oh So Slow And Desolate sprinted over the finishline before Useless Obsession and Beautiful Godiva.
