It had been raining for several days at Kaustinen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Cheerful Strategy. Tough Work ended up behind the leader. Corky got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Tough Work was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

Whispering Tropic quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Walking Wonder took the lead rather easily. Cheerful Strategy galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Calming Action looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Cheerful Strategy gallopped for 40 m.

Whispering Tropic was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Calming Action were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Tough Work sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
