The weather had been good all week and Kajaani was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Joybringer. Front Agent ended up behind the leader. Rich Gambler got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tough Moment sprinted to the front.




Winner Dinner looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Joybringer couldn't come out from behind the leader, Tough Moment.




Winner Dinner accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Winner Dinner looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Nouveau Triomphe sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
