One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Grande Fierté. Nouveau Triomphe ended up behind the leader. Independant Movement got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Grande Fierté was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

Nouveau Triomphe took the lead after 1000m. Tough Thinking didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. driver couldn't keep Grande Fierté to trotting so they were disqualified. Lauréat galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m. driver couldn't keep Giggling Summer to trotting so they were disqualified.

Nouveau Triomphe was still in the lead after 1500m. Lauréat showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

driver couldn't keep Independant Movement to trotting so they were disqualified. Magic Sunset was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. With only a little left of the race Tough Boy galoped for 20 m. Nouveau Triomphe looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Independant Movement was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.

Dead Ship sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
